Refund & Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions
You may cancel your FYN Labs LLC subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions mid-cycle.
Consumable Credits & API Usage
All purchases of "pay-as-you-go" tokens, API credits, and other consumable digital goods are final. Once credits have been added to your account or consumed, they are strictly non-refundable.
Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)
If you connect your own third-party API keys (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) to our services, you are solely responsible for all charges incurred with those third-party providers. FYN Labs LLC will not refund or reimburse any third-party API costs under any circumstances.
Billing Errors
If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us within 7 days at support@fyn-labs.com.
